SHIPPING

Any shipping prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST. Our shipping rates are calculated using the weight and destination of your order and will be sent through our Australia Post, depending on the dimensions and weight. If you have any specific requirements for your order please email us at info@roseofraphael.com.au

SHIPPING TIME

 

We do our best to process all customer orders as soon as possible after receipt. Sometimes due to travel commitments unexpected delays may sometimes occur and we will contact you if there is any delay in processing your order.


Upon purchase you will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase and a later email to confirm shipping. You will be required to provide contact information such as name, email, and postal address and you will be redirected through to Square or Paypal who
deal with payment. You may be required to provide financial information such as credit card number, expiration date to purchase your product or service. This information is used for billing purposes only and will not be kept on file.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Before placing international orders please check with customs for any restrictions as we will not be held liable for any items, which are not able to be delivered or cleared with overseas customs. Please note that customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility. Apart from any undue delays we will post your order within two weeks. Please allow a further two to three
weeks for delivery. If you require insurance and a tracking number for your order, please
contact us info@roseofraphael.com.au as there will be an extra charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rose of Raphael, our aim is to offer you caring, quality service and products. We pack all our orders with extra care.

However for larger orders we recommend that you pay extra cost for insurance, as we will not be
responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

Please note: we do not refund or replace products if the customer has placed an incorrect order. However, if you receive faulty products, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge.

PAYMENT SECURITY

​

All transaction payments are processed by a third party provider, Square or PayPal. If your order is cancelled you will receive a refund via Paypal or Square.
